MASQUERADE
Masks made with wool collected during my last ten years travels
Photography
March April 2020
Locked down in my studio in Brussels, during the Covid crisis, I started to make one mask a day as an answer to the mask shortage in Europe. As wool shop are close, I’m digging into my stock from my travels over the last ten years. Also, I have asked my friends and their children to send me drawing of their self portrait. This, to get inspiration of new faces. This portrait gallery is a part of humanity. Smiling, griming, sad or funny faces.
